Employee Voice and Participation in Decision-Making

Introduction Employee voice refers to the ability of employees to express their opinions, concerns, and suggestions regarding workplace decisions and policies. It plays a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall organizational performance (Dundon, 2019).
